Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@samrond.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Claims must include clear photos of the product and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a refund.
Claims submitted after 7 days may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances and product condition.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:

- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you must return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may be eligible to request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds
